Do not overlook these older BOSA developments

BOSA development condo in Mount Pleasant

BOSA Towers across from False Creek in Mount Pleasant Where East meets Westmake sure to include these buildings in your search for a Vancouver condo. There are three concrete towers built by BOSA developments on Quebec Street that offer great apartment living in Mount Pleasant at more affordable prices. These towers are slightly older but they were built by a reputable developer (BOSA developments) and are well maintained with pro-active strata councils.

If you desire larger rooms with open and spacious kitchen, living and dining areas I recommend searching condos for sale in any of these three developments.

Concrete Condo Developments

When buyers are searching for condos for sale in Olympic Village and Downtown I recommend including condos for sale in Mount Pleasant that specifically include 1088 Quebec Street, 1128 Quebec Street and 1188 Quebec Street. They are in a prime location across from False Creek and steps away from Olympic Village, Downtown and Yaletown. The dollar per square foot in any one of the three towers can be 20 to 30 percent less than the newer neighbouring concrete developments in Olympic Village, Downtown and Yaletown. Another great opportunity in the Mount Pleasant BOSA towers on Quebec Street is you can find condos for sale that have not been renovated since the 1990’s. This is a great opportunity to renovate to how you would like the décor and finishing’s.

It is very important to take the time to thoroughly read the strata documents when buying a condo in Vancouver (Condominium Strata Documentation: What You Should Know) particularly in older developments.

Please call me if you have any questions or would like further information on the recent listing and sales in the BOSA developments.
