Fifteen years ago East Vancouver had very few options when it came to purchasing a condo. Back in the 1970s and 1980s most developers focused on the Downtown core and the West Side of Vancouver. That all changed in the 1990’s; today, East Vancouver offers all types of condo ownership from lofts, to modern, to luxury design. Over the past 15 years, many of the East Vans neighbourhoods have evolved and grown into strong and diverse communities rich in culture and lifestyle.

Each neighbourhood has its own unique feel and culture; some neighbourhoods continue to grow as the demand for condo ownership rises.
